Abstract

ABSTRAK : Usaha tani gambir di Nagari Lubuk Alai sudah lama dibudidayakan. Tingginya permintaan pasar membuat banyak masyarakat yang tertarik untuk berbudidaya gambir. Budidaya gambir merupakan suatu usaha yang membutuhkan biaya investasi yang cukup besar. Namun adanya perubahan harga input dan output yang terjadi sewaktu-waktu berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan yang diperoleh petani gambir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani gambir di Nagari Lubuk Alai akibat adanya perubahan harga input dan output yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 57 petani. Analisis data menggunakan analisis perbandingan penerimaan dangan biaya Analisis Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) dan Break Event Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menujukan usaha tani gambir layak dilakaukan di Nagari Lubuak Alai. R/C ratio dan BEP volume produksi dan BEP harga. R/C 1 Ha (3,06), 2 Ha (2,37), 3 Ha (2,45), 4 Ha (2,78). Sedangkan BEP harga luas lahan 1 Ha Rp. 11.804, 2 Ha = Rp. 15.543, 3 Ha = Rp. 15.220 luas lahan 4 Ha= Rp. 13.192. Kata kunci: R/C, BEP ABSTRACT :Gambir farming in Lubuk Alai Village has long been cultivated. The high market demand makes many people interested in cultivating gambier. Cultivating gambier is a business that requires a large investment cost. However, changes in input and output prices that occur from time to time affect the income obtained by gambier farmers. This study aims to determine the feasibility of gambir farming in Lubuk Alai Village due to changes in input and output prices that occur. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 57 farmers. Data analysis uses a comparative analysis of revenue and costs Analysis of Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) and Break Event Point (BEP). The results of the study show that gambier farming is feasible in Lubuak Alai Village. R/C ratio and BEP production volume and price BEP. R/C 1 Ha (3.06), 2 Ha (2.37), 3 Ha (2.45), 4 Ha (2.78). Meanwhile, the BEP for land area of 1 Ha is Rp. 11,804.2 Ha = Rp. 15,543.3 Ha = Rp. 15,220 4 Ha land area = Rp. 13,192. Keywords: R/C, BEP
