Abstract

Attitudes of students who are less active, in the learning of mathematics will have a negative impact on the mastery of concepts and mastery learning students. Conditions such as this certainly wasnot expected in the learning process. In the overall education in school learning and teaching is an activity that most basic, this means the success or failure of many educational achievement depends on how the learning process experienced by students as learners. One of the efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom is to develop a learning device. From here the need for tools that can improve the model of participatory learning among students. One of the learning on offer is the use of active learning model of type LSQ (Learning Starts With Question). Learning by requiring student activity begins with self-learning, where the teacher as motivator and facilitator will teach the beginning of student questions.
