Bimbingan Konseling Islam, Fakultas Agama Islam, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat Background This research is a phenomenon that occurs in the Al-Ikhwan Suci Hati Rehabilitation Center where there are addicts who cannot control their emotions, do not have good cooperation skills, and do not have a clear view of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of religious therapy on mental health for drug addicts from the aspect of emotional maturity, cooperation ability, and outlook on life. This study uses a qualitative method of field research (field research) . The research subjects were counselors and clients at the Al-Ikhwan Suci Hati Rehabilitation Center. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results of the research from the aspect of emotional maturity, addicts can control themselves so that emotions can be controlled properly. Then from the aspect of cooperation, addicts want to listen to other people's opinions, and have a high social spirit, and help each other in doing responsibilities. Meanwhile, from the perspective of life, addicts are able to practice worship with self-awareness without coercion and make their lives more calm and happy.
