Abstract

ABSTRACT FACULTY OF TOURISM HOSPITALITY STUDY PROGRAM Final Project, February 2023 Rindu Kumala Sari Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for Inventory of Warehouse Parts (Study at Hotel Sakura Syariah Lubuk Basung) ABSTRACT Rindu Kumala Sari (2023). The background of this research is pre-research through direct observation at Hotel Sakura Syariah regarding the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. There are seven indicators of Standard Operating Procedures, namely consistency, efficiency, minimizing errors, problem solving, labor protection, work maps and defense boundaries. This research is a descriptive type of research with qualitative data. This research was conducted to determine the application of standard operating procedures for inventory in the warehouse section (Study at Hotel Sakura Syariah Lubuk Basung). The time of the research started on January 1 2023 until January 31 2023. This research involved five informants including HRD, Store Keeper, Reception, Income, and assistant housekeeping supervisor who was applies by the store keeper. The data obtained will be analyzed and interpreted in accordance with the objectives and research statements put forward. Using the survey method and using analysis of data reduction (reduction), data display (presentation of data) and data verification.
