Abstract
FACULTY OF TOURISM HOSPITALITY STUDY PROGRAM Final Project, August 2024, Regina Rizfi Analysis of the Influence of Service Quality, Facilities, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kopigo La Passion Cafe Bukittinggi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, and price on customer satisfaction at Kopigo La Passion Cafe Bukittinggi. The background of this research is the rapid development of the tourism sector in Indonesia, which has impacted the hospitality, restaurant, and cafe industries, including coffee shops. Kopigo Cafe is one of the favorite cafes in Bukittinggi, visited by approximately 500 customers daily. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Kopigo Cafe. The data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables (service quality, facilities, and price) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The results show that service quality, facilities, and price significantly influence customer satisfaction. Service quality is proven to be the most dominant factor affecting customer satisfaction, followed by facilities and price. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Kopigo Cafe continues to improve the quality of service and facilities to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction. This research is expected to serve as a reference for future studies and provide useful insights for the management of Kopigo Cafe in their efforts to improve service quality and facilities.
