The aain legal aaterial re• searched is the decisions of the judge of district court in settling the dispute on inheritance of "harta pusaka tinggi.. that·s gotten fro• soae courts in jurisdiction area of west Suaatera. The analysis is done concerning juridical judgeaent in each of the decision.
