Abstract
The use of motorized vehicles is followed by consuming fuel from the combustionprocess in the cylinder to produce power, if left unchecked there will be excessivheat (overheating). The radiator serves to absorb the heat generated by thecylinder so that the coolant in the radiator has a very important role intransferring heat, the purpose of this research is to use an experimental method todetermine the effect of the mass flow rate of the fluid, changes in the temperaturof the inlet fluid and the capacity of the radiator, HONDA CBR 150 R 150 CCThe results of data collection obtained from the engine son of 8000, 8500, 9000, 9500 and 10000 rpm in the time varied from 1 minutes until 3 minutes on la8000 rpm obtained heat transfer flow rate (Q in ) 9185400 watt an increase intemperature in rotation 10000 rpm with (Q in ) 22680000 watt while time at rotation 8000 rpm heat transfer flow rate is obtained (Q out ) 185887133,8 watt anincrease in temperature in rotation10000 rpm with (Q out ) 230977553,5 watt.
